Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Revnuu, you’ll lead the visual storytelling for complex, science-driven technologies. You’ll translate intricate concepts—from AI-driven drug discovery to quantum computing—into visually stunning, accessible designs that resonate with investors, enterprises, and global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Strategy:
• Lead the creation of brand identities, marketing collateral, and digital assets (websites, social media, pitch decks, infographics, whitepapers) for deep tech and life sciences clients.
• Collaborate with strategists and scientists to distill technical content into visually engaging narratives.
• Develop and maintain design systems that align with clients’ scientific and commercial goals.
• Innovation & Trends:
• Stay ahead of design trends in tech and life sciences, incorporating cutting-edge tools (e.g., AI design assistants, 3D modeling) into workflows.
• Champion data visualization best practices to simplify complex datasets, algorithms, or biological processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, and C-suite stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and provide art direction for high-stakes client projects.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with precision.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:
• 5+ years in graphic design, preferably in tech, life sciences, or agency settings.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in translating technical/scientific content into visually compelling work (e.g., biotech branding, AI/ML infographics, enterprise SaaS campaigns).
• Technical Skills:
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and prototyping tools.
• Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects), 3D rendering (Blender, Cinema4D), or UX/UI design.
• Soft Skills:
• Ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders (scientists, investors).
• Obsessive attention to detail and a passion for marrying aesthetics with functionality.
• Resilience in iterating designs based on feedback from PhD-level teams.
