About the Role
As our Senior Graphic Designer , you’ll be the creative lead across all digital and print assets. From seasonal campaigns to social scroll-stoppers and email designs that sell, you’ll ensure our visual identity is cohesive, compelling and customer-obsessed.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative team where creativity and performance go hand-in-hand, yo u'll partner closely with our marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver best-in-class creative across website, EDMs, paid ads, and social platforms
- Lead the creative development of seasonal campaigns from concept to execution
- Translate briefs into design that deliver, both commercially and emotionally
- Elevate and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesion across all channels
- Produce compelling mock-ups, presentation decks, and print collateral
- Retouch product and campaign imagery for digital use
- Manage external freelancers, workflows, and deadlines
- Bring an innovative lens to content creation, embracing AI and emerging tools
- Champion the customer experience at every visual touchpoint
Who We're Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience in fashion or EComm graphic design
- Applied knowledge of a feminine aesthetic
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
- Social-first design sensibility with experience in video, reels, or motion graphics
- Experience managing freelancers and mentoring junior creatives
- Strong time management and ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline
- Creative thinker with commercial instincts — you design to delight and to convert
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and AI content tools is a bonus
- Passion for fashion and a love for the customer
