About the role :
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio in government and public sector projects. The ideal candidate should bring a mix of strategy, storytelling, and visual finesse to projects aimed at civic engagement, public information, or policy communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design execution for government-facing campaigns, reports, and public communication material.
Create high-impact layouts for social media, print, branding, and outdoor media.
Interpret briefs from government departments and translate them into visually compelling designs.
Manage and mentor junior designers.
Coordinate with content, strategy, and video teams to ensure cohesive output.
Work under tight deadlines and bureaucratic processes without compromising quality.
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong typography, layout, and colour theory understanding.
Experience designing for Hindi and bilingual communication.
Understanding of government tone, symbolism, and compliance guidelines (e.g., Emblems, colour codes, visual identity systems).
Ability to conceptualize traditional and digital campaign visuals.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on pitches or IEC campaigns for ministries, PSUs, or civic bodies.
Familiarity with working on branding for government summits, events, and yojnas.
Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent.

Experience: 5–8 Years (Minimum 2 years on government or public sector assignments)
Type: The first 3 months will be probationary; an offer will be extended based on performance.
