Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll inputs, compliance, and HR reporting, while ensuring a positive workplace culture and alignment with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, exit, etc.).
- Assist with payroll inputs, leave & attendance tracking.
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and queries.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support in audits, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
- Performance Management
- Coordinate appraisal processes, collect feedback, and maintain performance records.
- Assist managers in performance discussions and documentation.
- HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and HR analytics for management review.
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment, and engagement scores.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com) or Master's in HR/Business Administration (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR Generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS tools.
- Good understanding of labor laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: ₹22, ₹47,588.83 per month
