About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Human Resource Executive to lead and manage core HR functions in a full-time remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR experience who can independently oversee employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, HR operations, and compliance while contributing to a strong company culture. You will collaborate with leadership to drive people-first strategies that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and exit formalities
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment laws
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee engagement, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR queries across departments
  • Recommend and lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or executive role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in policy creation and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, Keka, BambooHR, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced organization
  • Knowledge of payroll and compliance processes
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, etc.)
