This is a hybrid role located in Barcelona, Spain, working directly with one of our partners who develops and delivers projects for international clients. As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a versatile role, utilizing a broad range of analytical skills to support and improve various business functions within an organization. This position requires understanding of various business functions supporting mainly Facilities Management services by analysing processes, gathering requirements, and mapping to existing IT solutions that align with overall business strategies and available IT solutions to support the capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in business analysis across various domains within an organization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis and data visualization tools.
- High level of conversational English.
