What You'll Do
At BCG Platinion, we seek experienced, passionate, and creative technology consultants & IT professionals to help unlock our clients' digital potential and ignite change. We build unique solutions to complex challenges while providing opportunities for our team to explore and grow. As a Senior IT Consultant, you will work closely with client leadership to understand key challenges, define IT strategies, gain buy-in, and collaborate with BCG case teams to transform client potential into performance. You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms, and architectures leveraging tools like cloud computing, AI, blockchain, microservices, and containerization. You will be responsible for project components, evaluate and coach client technology teams, manage quality and risk, and maintain client expectations. You will enable clients to adopt agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation. You will work on various technology topics, applying your consulting skills to strategic questions, supported by extensive training and mentorship. You will also guide junior team members, contribute to project proposals, client care, relationship building, and business development, and help build the BCG brand as a key team member.
What You'll Bring
- At least 6 years of experience in IT Strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management
- Preferably prior IT consulting experience
- A strategic thinker, entrepreneurial, creative, and analytical problem solver
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, customer focus, mental agility, and results orientation
- Experience in legacy and modern technology environments
- Proven track record in Agile consulting and digital/Agile transformations at scale
- Experience in IT organization and process development
- Experience facilitating workshops and client meetings at peer level
- Strong business acumen; ability to frame complex problems in business contexts
- University degree in a STEM or business management field with above-average academic performance
- Fluent in English and French
