Position Description
This role is designed for a high-performing finance and accounting professional ready to take the next step - someone who thrives in both strategic and tactical arenas. The position offers a path to an advanced level role as The Vine Group continues to expand.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and unafraid to dig into the numbers, yet equally comfortable stepping back to frame insights and influence strategy.
You will work directly with the CEO and portfolio company leaders, gaining exposure across multiple industries and shaping the financial foundation of a growing enterprise. We are a lean, high-capacity team that values collaboration, initiative, and an ownership mindset - we divide, conquer, and build together.
