About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing function across offline, online, and integrated platforms. The role demands a strategic thinker with proven expertise in brand building, lead generation, and marketing innovation within the education sector. The Senior Manager will oversee a high performing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to drive student acquisition, retention, and institutional growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
• Drive integrated marketing plans across offline, digital, and performance marketing channels.
• Evaluate emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Team Management & Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team across regions and verticals.
• Set clear performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and ensure accountability and professional growth.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Brand & Communication Management
• Strengthen and safeguard the institution’s brand identity and positioning across all touchpoints.
• Oversee creative development, content strategy, and brand campaigns to ensure consistent messaging.
• Build strong media and community relations to enhance brand credibility and engagement.
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
• Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, CRM tracking, and conversion efficiency. • Utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and expansion potential.
• Monitor competitor strategies and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
Business Development & Partnerships
• Support regional centres with localized marketing strategies for student enrollment and retention.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-branding opportunities.
Budgeting & Performance Analytics
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across initiatives.
• Present periodic performance reports to leadership with insights, learnings, and improvement plans.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related f field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Marketing, preferably in the Education / EdTech sector.
• Proven track record in team leadership, brand management, and campaign strategy.
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, CRM, and automation tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Readiness to travel across centres and markets as required.
