We are looking for a Senior Memory Design Engineer to join a highly innovative team developing next-generation AI hardware.
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop DDR and HBM memory subsystems for advanced microprocessors.
- Work on memory controller integration and AXI protocol interfaces .
- Create and verify RTL designs using Verilog or VHDL.
- Perform timing analysis and define timing constraints .
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure efficient, high-performance memory solutions .
- Conduct basic block-level testing and support verification activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in memory design or verification (4–6 years verification experience is also suitable).
- Strong knowledge of DDR or HBM memories .
- Experience with AXI protocol .
- Proficiency in RTL design (Verilog/VHDL) .
- Experience with timing analysis and constraints .
- Strong verification skills and basic block-level testing experience.
Desirable:
- Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Bash, TCL).
- Knowledge of version control tools (git, svn).
- Understanding of cache coherency concepts and protocols .
- Experience in memory map definition .
