Job Title: Sr. Product Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 + months (Contract to hire)
Payrate : $58 to $63/hr
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help reimagine enterprise workflows and user experiences across financial, procurement, and operational platforms. In this role, you’ll design intuitive, scalable solutions using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to modernize complex business processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Design simple, elegant user experiences for enterprise workflows on SAP Fiori
- Translate complex business needs into user-centered design solutions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design intent
- Conduct user testing and iterate based on real feedback
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and service design leads to influence product strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Product or UX Design for large-scale enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and/or SAP S/4HANA (required)
- Strong interaction design, user research, and prototyping skills
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
