We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer based in the Houston area to join a high-performing, cross-functional product team building thoughtful, scalable enterprise software. You’ll contribute to products that are core to business transformation — from AI-integrated systems to cloud-native B2B tools.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands how software is built, and brings a strategic design mindset to technical products. You'll work closely with engineers (especially those building in .NET, Typescript, and AWS) and help shape modern, user-centered interfaces that drive measurable value.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead UX/UI design for complex enterprise SaaS applications — especially those involving role-based access control, identity/auth flows, and data-rich dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into elegant design solutions
- Own the full design process — from user research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and developer handoff
- Contribute to evolving design systems and UX standards across multiple products
- Work with modern engineering stacks, including .NET, AWS, and Typescript-based frontends
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience designing complex, enterprise-grade or B2B software products
- Strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design for platforms with authentication, permissions, or data-dense workflows
- Expertise in enterprise design patterns, especially for SaaS and dashboard UI
- Comfortable collaborating on technical architecture and aligning with engineering constraints
- Confident communicator and team player who can give and receive feedback in a constructive, iterative environment
- Bonus: Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces or developer-facing tools
