Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development and alignment of infrastructure and building designs with project goals and budget constraints;
- Analyze service proposals to ensure they fit the project’s scope, technical requirements, and financial limits;
- Oversee the transition from design to construction, contributing to the Strategic Execution Plan with senior management;
- Maintain active coordination with internal teams, including Supervision, Cost Control, Interiors, and Sales;
- Supervise the execution of infrastructure and building works, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality standards are met;
- Support procurement processes, monitor site progress, assess risks, and ensure timely and compliant project delivery;
- Contribute to the integration of brand and operational requirements into both design and execution;
- Licensing knowledge is valued.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or Architecture;
- 7–8 years of professional experience, for project management and construction (preferred) or design roles mainly in buildings’ area;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret technical and financial data for project decision-making;
- Proven experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams in support of senior leadership;
- Solid background in infrastructure and building construction;
- Familiarity with real estate or tourism-related developments is an advantage;
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities;
- Full-time availability and presence in the Eastern Algarve (Sotavento).
