This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic quality initiatives, drive Lean Six Sigma projects, and coach others in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis for non-conformances; develop and implement CAPA plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
- Optimize quality systems to meet standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA 6.3.
- Coach and train team members on quality tools and statistical problem-solving.
- Analyze performance data using tools like Minitab and Power BI; develop dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Six Sigma Black Belt training required.
- 3+ years of experience leading quality or continuous improvement projects.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with statistical tools (DOE, ANOVA, SPC, regression analysis).
- Familiarity with automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).
- Proficiency in SAP QM and dashboarding tools like Power BI.
