Key Responsibilities

  • Budget Development & Management : Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Financial Oversight : Oversee cost control measures and evaluate financial performance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Contract Administration : Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
  • Risk Analysis & Cost Optimization : Identify financial risks and implement cost optimization strategies.
  • Reporting & Feasibility Analysis : Prepare detailed feasibility reports and conduct regular economic performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and cost management tools.
  • Experience in international projects and infrastructure.
  • Solid understanding of contract law and the ability to assess contract documents and requirements.
  • Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel to Germany.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels (management, clients, vendors, etc.).
  • Eligibility to work in the European Union.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction operations.
  • Familiarity with BIM and planning software.
  • Background in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy, Water & Wastewater, Nuclear, or Renewables.
