Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across onshore and offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Oil & Gas, EPC, and related domains.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and future project requirements.
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC sectors.
- Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore project roles (engineering, construction, HSE, etc.).
- Familiarity with global mobility and expatriate hiring processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and MS Office tools.
Preferred
- Experience in high-volume hiring for large-scale EPC projects.
- Understanding of international labor laws and visa processes.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (optional but desirable).
