About the Role

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all key revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue across all key revenue streams
- Implement digital marketing strategies including social media to communicate offers and drive ROI through the hotel's website
- Monitor performance and liaise with 3rd party partners and hotel stakeholders to improve performance
- Conduct sales calls and site inspections, including networking events, workshops and FAM trips
- Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Manage the properties website, ensuring optimal user experience, and regular content updates
- Work closely with external agencies, photographers, and designers to create compelling promotional content
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality, tourism, or events sector in Ireland
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and revenue management tools
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- A passion for luxury hospitality and the ability to create meaningful experiences for guests and clients
