Work location: Vadodara, Gujarat - Fully Onsite

Work schedule & timing: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST
Note: We are having 2 openings - Technical Recruiter (2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience), Senior Technical Recruiter (5-7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience) - Any region/geography
Core Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer acceptance and on-boarding.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Sourcing and Talent Mapping:
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical assessments and feedback sessions with internal teams.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for recruitment process improvement.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Software Development, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Infrastructure, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
