Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter
Location: New yok, NY
Duration: 12+ months
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
for IT positions within the banking and financial services domain (e.g., Application Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Data Engineers, Cloud, and Cybersecurity roles). - Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to
understand technical and domain-specific requirements
. - Source, screen, and qualify candidates
using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, social media, and AI-based sourcing tools. - Build and maintain a
strong pipeline
of qualified IT professionals with banking experience. - Coordinate
interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. - Partner with clients to
deliver timely updates, market insights, and recruiting strategies
. - Maintain compliance with organizational and client hiring processes, documentation, and data privacy standards.
- Contribute to team success through
collaboration, market intelligence sharing, and mentoring junior recruiters
(if applicable).
Required Qualifications
- 5- 8+ years of experience
in IT or technical recruitment, with a focus on
banking, financial services, or fintech domains
. - Proven ability to
fill niche roles
in high-demand skill areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, application development, and infrastructure. - Strong sourcing proficiency using
LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and modern recruiting tools
. - Experience in TAX terms ( c2c, w2 and 1099)
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and relationship management
skills. - Ability to thrive in a
target-driven, fast-paced agency or corporate recruiting environment
. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with
regulatory and compliance requirements
in banking and financial institutions. - Experience with
vendor management systems (VMS)
or
managed service provider (MSP)
environments. - Understanding of
US hiring practices
, visa categories, and employment laws.
