About the role:
We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX Designer to help define and execute the user experience of our web and upcoming mobile products.
We are building the first-ever product-led wedding planning experience - a suite of web & mobile tools enabling couples to plan venues, décor, photography, and everything in between, entirely online.

We are looking for someone who can craft delightful, intuitive, high-conversion experiences across our consumer and internal products.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end design of TWC’s web and upcoming mobile app, from concept to final delivery.
- Crafting beautiful, modern UI with strong UX fundamentals for onboarding, venue discovery, décor moodboards, photography, payments, and more.
- Working closely with product, engineering, and founders to ship fast, iterate faster, and maintain high-quality design standards.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, visual systems, and interaction flows for new features and enhancements.
- Defining and maintaining a cohesive design system and UI guidelines across all platforms.
- Running quick usability tests, synthesizing feedback, and continuously improving the experience.
Who You Are:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in product UI/UX design.
- You should be passionate about product design, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can expertly communicate with the cross-functional teams.
- Capable of taking a project from ideation to completion while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong design expertise demonstrated through mockups, wireframes, and final product implementations.
- Your portfolio must showcase your design chops and demonstrate clean, modern forward-thinking design trends, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills and technical background.
- Able to take a project from brief → research → design → prototype → developer handoff → launch.
Your Portfolio Should Demonstrate:
- Strong visual sensibility
- Modern, clean UI
- UX cases that demonstrate deep thinking
- High-quality execution
- Mastery in design tools: Figma, Illustrator, Sketch, Canva, and any prototyping tool of your choice.
A plus if you have experience with:
- Design systems
- Mobile app design
- Motion/UI animation
- A/B testing and analytics tools (e.g., PostHog)
