Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Own the end-to-end design process for new features and enhancements on the VMock platform, from concept to final delivery.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and improve experiences.
- Concept & Wireframing: Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs.
- Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect, consistent, and visually engaging UI across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on goals and deliver impactful solutions.
- Design System Contribution: Maintain and evolve design components to ensure consistency across all digital products.
- AI-Powered Design: Leverage modern AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools) to accelerate workflows and enhance creativity.
- Data-Driven Iteration: Use analytics and feedback to iterate on designs for better usability and performance.
- Design QA: Collaborate with engineering during implementation to ensure usability standards are met and resolve design-related issues.
- Advocacy: Promote user-centered design principles within cross-functional teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
- Hands-on experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma (including Figma AI), Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools such as Figma Make, Uizard, Miro, and Image generation tools.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility best practices.
- Solid visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
