General Job Summary
: The Senior Vice President of Growth is a strategic leader responsible for driving the practice's growth agenda across marketing, branding, real estate development, and business strategy. This role partners closely with executive leadership and physician partners to identify, evaluate, and execute opportunities that expand our reach, strengthen our market position, and enhance the overall patient experience.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding
:

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy to increase awareness, patient acquisition, and physician recruitment
  • Enhance and protect the practice's brand identity across digital, community, and patient-facing channels
  • Leverage analytics and market research to measure campaign effectiveness and refine strategies

Strategic Growth & Business Planning:

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and physician stakeholders to define the organization's short- and long-term growth strategy
  • Lead business development initiatives, including service line expansion, partnership opportunities, and new program launches
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions

Real Estate & Expansion:

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for new clinic sites and facility expansions
  • Oversee site selection, feasibility analysis, and partnership with real estate, legal, and construction vendors
  • Ensure alignment of physical footprint with organizational strategy and patient access needs.

Organizational Leadership:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on growth-related matters
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with operations, finance, and clinical leadership
  • Champion a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence
  • Other tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare strategy, growth, or business development (multispecialty physician group or healthcare delivery strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of leading marketing/branding efforts, strategic planning, and expansion initiatives
  • Experience managing healthcare real estate development and site selection preferred
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a part-time executive role, balancing vision with hands-on

Physical Requirements:

  • Work consistently requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Must be able to lift and support weight of 35 pounds.
  • Ability to concentrate on details
  • Use of computers for long periods of time
