The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to executives and teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role goes beyond traditional admin work - it's a fast-paced, client-facing position where you will build and maintain relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, and act as a key liaison across departments and with clients. Responsibilities Of The Senior Administrative Assistant
- Senior administrative assistant will manage and maintain the executives' schedules.
- Make travel arrangements for the executives.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements using office software.
- Coordinate office services, including records, finances, budget preparation, and personnel issues.
- Prepare agendas and arrange logistics for meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for executive review.
- Read and analyze incoming memos and reports to plan distribution.
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Interpret and set up administrative policies and procedures.
- Meet with individuals and groups on behalf of executives and committees.
Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Administrative Assistant:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of administrative support experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in financial services or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with expense reporting and budget tracking.
- Prior experience supporting senior executives.
- Project management skills.
Education Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
