Responsibilities
- Achieve profitable order growth for the designated account by penetrating service portfolios and collaborating with portfolio champions to maximize market penetration.
- Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline aligned with growth plans, ensuring high customer engagement as tracked by visit reports, and meet minimum KPI targets.
- Manage overall ABB revenue for the defined accounts, overseeing service sales and activities, and developing technical account management plans for major installed bases.
- Define sales strategies for the ABB installed base, develop activity plans, and ensure customer satisfaction through programs like the ABB Survey Program. Screen early-phase projects and secure RFQs for target projects.
- Expand and develop high-level service agreements, keep customer maps updated, and develop ABB relationships as needed. Manage cross-divisional service initiatives and promote a unified service approach.
- Establish long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers by understanding their needs, regulations, and demonstrating expertise in technical solutions and digital innovations.
- Collaborate with key personnel to retain existing customers and acquire new ones, identify market potential from the installed base, and provide cost-effective, value-based solutions.
- Define account pricing strategies, validate proposals, participate in capture teams, coordinate marketing activities, and oversee site activities and meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5-10 years experience in Service Business in UAE, especially with ADNOC, and 5-10 years in Service Sales leadership, with good knowledge of service solutions in energy industries, particularly Oil and Gas in UAE.
- Knowledge of ABB installed base, customer-focused, with project delivery and sales process experience.
- Strong customer focus, result-oriented, leadership skills, and the ability to work across reporting lines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across boundaries.
- Good communication skills.
