Job Description:
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with REST API, SOAP, Integration Hub, and third-party integrations. Must have worked on at least two ServiceNow modules (ITSM typically included).
Platform Skills: Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and clones is required.
Admin Profiles: Only those with platform/integration experience (not just incident/request/SLA management) are suitable.
