Total Experience Range: 5- 12 years
Mode of Interview: ONLINE
Location: Hyderabad/PAN INDIA
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience and strong knowledge in ServiceNow Admin to manage Production systems.
- Extensive experience with Linux.
- Development experience in SNOW ITSM module.
Good to Have
- Provide SNOW Admin L2 support as per shift coverage requirement
- Triaging and resolution of incidents, handling key events, supporting release and deployments
Essential:
- Develop or enhance existing ITSM modules.
- Participating in and handling Incident escalation calls
Minimum Qualification:
•15 years of full-time education
•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
