Position: ServiceNow CMDB Admin L3
Experience:6+years
Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate or 15 Days
Job description:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Proven expertise in designing and building automation workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer, including custom actions and spokes.
- Extensive experience integrating external scripts (PowerShell and Python) with ServiceNow to drive automation use cases.
- Demonstrated ability to use Integration Hub and ServiceNow Spokes for connecting to a variety of infrastructure, cloud, and application services.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and API usage (REST, SOAP).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, databases) and cloud platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB data models, Discovery Patterns, and Service Mapping methodologies.
- Experience with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing ServiceNow automation and integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping highly desirable.
