Job Summary:
We are hiring a strong ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on experience managing ITSM modules, workflows, catalog items, and platform configuration in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily admin and configuration tasks on the ServiceNow platform
- Manage and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge)
- Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, forms, catalog items
- Manage user roles, ACLs, and access control
- Support platform upgrades, integration tasks, and troubleshooting
- Ensure system reliability and compliance with ITSM processes
Required Qualifications:
- 6–12 years of ServiceNow administration experience
- Strong hands-on work with ITSM modules
- Experience with workflows, catalog, scripting, and configuration
- Understanding of integrations, MID servers, REST/SOAP APIs
- ServiceNow Admin Certification preferred
