Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ITSM workflows and features in ServiceNow
- Implement automations and integrations with other systems
- Perform system configuration and maintenance
- Collaborate with teams using Scrum methodology
- Use tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira for task and sprint tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM development
- Strong knowledge of automation and system integrations
- Familiar with configuration best practices in ServiceNow
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Proficient with Azure DevOps and Jira
- Excellent English communication skills
