We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Strategist
Location: Remote Full-Time Experience: 2-6 Years
Schwettmann Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing tech and digital consulting company with a global footprint across India and Europe. We specialize in digital transformation, CRM & ERP implementations, and custom development. Now, we're expanding our creative team-and we're looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist to drive engagement, creativity, and results across our client campaigns.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute strategic social media plans across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Create engaging short-form content (posts, captions, reels) and long-form content (blogs, newsletters, emailers, web copy)
- Manage monthly content calendars and plan integrated digital campaigns
- Schedule and publish content across platforms; track performance and optimize
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners
- Assist in campaign shoots, brainstorming sessions, and pitch decks
- Run and monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and search rankings
- Must have experience in engagagemnet stargey with propsects
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong copywriting abilities with a keen eye for trends
- Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
- Data-driven mindset with reporting and optimization skills
- Agency or multi-client handling experience is a strong plus
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in content & social media strategy
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and audience engagement
