Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager at Virtual Take, located in Hyderabad. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms, optimizing engagement through Social Media Optimization (SMO), and analyzing campaign performance to ensure effective outreach. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating content plans, monitoring trends, and staying updated with the latest social media practices and technologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing social media for brands or agencies
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong grasp of content strategy, trends, and storytelling
- Ability to plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (running & optimizing campaigns)
- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking
- Excellent communication and client coordination skills
- Familiarity with Canva & design coordination with a creative team
