About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Consultant to join our dynamic team in a global MNC IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on software solutions, analyzing business requirements, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring successful implementation of IT systems that align with client objectives.
This role requires a balance of technical expertise, consulting mindset, and strong client-facing communication skills to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on software systems, frameworks, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze, design, and recommend customized software solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Assist in software development, integration, and deployment strategies.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, impact analysis, and system audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, developers, QA, project managers).
- Provide training, documentation, and support to client teams for smooth adoption.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends, methodologies, and compliance regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5–10 years) as Software Consultant / Solution Architect / Senior Software Engineer in IT or MNC consulting firms.
- Strong expertise in at least one technology stack:
- Web & Cloud Technologies: Java, .NET, Python, , Angular/React, AWS, Azure, GCP
- Enterprise Solutions: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ERP/CRM systems
- Data & Analytics: SQL/NoSQL, Power BI, Tableau, AI/ML fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and system design skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural, global environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Consultant, PMP, ITIL).
- Prior experience in MNC consulting environment.
- Exposure to digital transformation, automation, AI/ML, or cybersecurity projects.
