Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Software Developer (Full-time or Internship, if in the final year of college) with expertise in and experience in CRM or related software development. The candidate will play a key role in building and automating inter- and intra-departmental processes, developing applications, and customizing Odoo-based solutions to suit organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using
- Build and customize CRM systems and related automation software.
- Develop modules and integrations within Odoo ERP for process automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (therapy, operations, marketing, finance) to understand requirements and translate them into scalable tech solutions.
- Develop mobile applications (iOS & Android) to extend product accessibility.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ed-tech software solutions.
Requirements
- For Full-Time: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- For Internship: Final-year students with strong project experience in relevant areas.
- Proven experience in (portfolio or project references expected).
- Hands-on experience in CRM software development or customization.
- Familiarity with Odoo ERP (preferred, not mandatory).
- Knowledge of mobile app development (React Native / Flutter preferred).
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and backend integration.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of automation tools and workflow systems.
- UI/UX understanding for user-centric application development.
- Experience in ed-tech or healthcare tech domain.
