Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Developer at MBIG, you'll participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle — from design and implementation to testing and support. You will build software that empowers clients' cloud and AI transformation.
Primary Responsibilities
:
Proficient Software Development with Microsoft Technologies: Design and develop applications using .NET, C#, SQL, and related Microsoft stack tools. Ensure high-quality, maintainable code and scalable application performance.
Collaborative Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into technical solutions, and proactively solve issues.
Agile Learning & Technology Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, cloud services, and modern frameworks, integrating them to improve applications and product features.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.
Experience troubleshooting software and translating client needs into reliable technical solutions.
Willingness to obtain AWS certification within 2 months of joining.
Familiarity with AWS services: IAM, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3 (basic architecture knowledge).
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field).
Preferred Education
Bachelor's Degree with specialization or certifications in cloud and software engineering.
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
Experience as a .NET Developer with knowledge of C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, Angular or similar languages.
Proficiency in SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and version control (Git).
Hands-on experience in full stack development — highly enthusiastic about solving complex problems and learning new technologies.
