Role & responsibilities
- Lead and motivate software developers to create innovative solutions and implement top-notch development practices.
- Support and collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to execute plans, resolve issues and apply scrum principles.
- Drive projects forward, manage priorities with the senior leadership and foster knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in software development, with 5+ years in leadership roles, demonstrating expertise in the industry and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in programming languages, project management and coaching developers, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal abilities, thriving in fast-paced environments and fostering teamwork.
- Excellent strategic and logical thinking, ability to understand the logic behind software development processes.
- Strong understanding of software architecture with a demonstrated history of enhancing software architecture in previous roles.
