A$100,000.00/yr - A$131,000.00/yr

About You:

You are a practical and experienced Software Engineer with ideally 5+ years of Oracle SQL development experience, preferably with a background working on HR and ERP systems. You enjoy working in professional, collaborative environments where you can contribute to stable platforms, refine system performance, and deliver reliable business solutions.

You should have:

• 5+ years of strong development experience with Oracle SQL
• Experience working with HR systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP HR, or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly understand and deliver on business requirements
• A steady, collaborative approach suited to a professional and friendly team environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure and/or Apay

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance internal systems with a focus on Oracle SQL development
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Support and improve integrations with HR and ERP platforms
• Document development processes and maintain clear internal records
• Troubleshoot, refactor, and optimise existing code to ensure robust system performance
• Provide technical support across various business-critical systems with minimal supervision
