Job Description: Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You’ll work closely with the Head of Engineering and other developers to design, build, and deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric applications.

You will work across the stack — from crafting intuitive user interfaces to developing performant backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver, an eager learner, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

While the primary focus is on full-stack development, you’ll also have opportunities to experiment with agentic AI components and automation frameworks as part of our evolving platform.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications across the full stack.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and peers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Contribute to frontend (React, Angular, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Java, or Python) codebases.

Build and maintain APIs and data integration layers.

Participate in code reviews, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

Engage in continuous learning, exploring new tools and technologies including AI frameworks.

Support CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.

Qualifications

3–5 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Python).

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Understanding of CI/CD, Git, and agile development practices.

Good communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to AI/automation tools , LLM APIs, or intelligent agent frameworks.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Interest in product design, UX, and data-driven development.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
