Senior Business Manager | Recruiting Experts in Software Development

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our technology landscape. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solution architecture, technical design, and workflow optimization, particularly within complex industries such as healthcare, fintech, or CRM-based environments.

Our technology stack includes EPIserver, CMP, Outsystems (low-code), and .NET, and we are undertaking a major re-platforming project for our B2B and B2C portals. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with developers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize solutions that support complex workflows in the healthcare equipment industry.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs for development teams.

• Collaborate with developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to define best practices and ensure seamless integrations.

• Guide the implementation of low-code solutions and ensure alignment with existing systems.

• Support product rollouts and technology transitions, including the migration of our website and portals to a new platform.

• Work with APIs, integrations, and testing to ensure smooth system functionality.

• Debate and recommend the best technology approaches within our established tech stack.

• Act as a technical advisor, helping internal teams navigate system complexities.

What You Bring:

• Experience as a Solution Designer, Technical Lead, or Technical Business Analyst in a complex system environment.

• Strong understanding of low-code development platforms (Outsystems, Power Apps, etc.) and workflow automation.

• Background in CRM systems, enterprise applications, or fintech is a plus.

• Ability to work with developers, understand coding principles, and manage system integrations.

• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system architecture.

• Experience in the healthcare industry (or a willingness to learn the sector’s unique challenges).

• Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debate and recommend technology solutions within defined constraints.
