Location: Dublin Docklands (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote)

Our client, a leading Tech company with HQ in the Docklands, is looking for a Solutions Consultant to independently drive projects, optimize business processes, and deliver tailored solutions that create real value. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, cross-functional initiatives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and execute project work with minimal guidance across multiple stakeholders and business areas.
• Analyze data and business needs to recommend and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot issues and act as a point of escalation when needed.
• Coordinate with teams to define goals, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Build strategic relationships across internal and partner networks.
• Contribute to solution development, delivery, documentation, and training.
• Provide insights that shape long-term strategy and process improvements.
• Help drive the adoption of leading technologies by supporting partners and internal users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong consultative and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects end-to-end.
• Comfort engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Technical and business knowledge to translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in process optimization, operations management, or customer success.
• Ability to analyze feedback and collaborate on improving tools and platforms.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies or digital platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to write and update solution documentation, best practices, or training content.
