Job Title: Sr. Corporate HR
Location: Jaipur – Remote
Shift Timing: UK Shift- 1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST
Note: Candidate must be located in Jaipur
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Corporate HR professional to join our growing team. This role is critical in driving seamless HR operations, focusing on attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts , while ensuring compliance with policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy in timesheets.
- Administer and process monthly payroll, including statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain and update leave management systems, ensuring fair and consistent policy implementation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, attendance, and HR operations.
- Prepare and share HR reports (attendance summaries, payroll reports, compliance reports) with management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws and organizational policies.
- Support end-to-end HR operational activities such as onboarding documentation, employee records, and HR audits.
- Drive the offer rollout process —drafting, releasing, and tracking offer letters, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding.
Qualifications & Skills-
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations (attendance, payroll, leave management, and offer rollouts).
- Knowledge of payroll software, Excel, and HRMS systems.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
