*Sr Director of Analytics*

The primary mission of the Director of Analytics role is to help our business evolve into an AI first, insights-driven organization. The position sits in our Enterprise Data and Analytics team, which aims to drive improved business outcomes using insights gleaned from data and analytics and infuse them into Lennar’s corporate fabric. The Director of Analytics will be responsible for executing on our analytics roadmap and accountable for teams that provide insights and recommendations to the business to improve internal operations, to understand customers, to provide smarter products and services, to create additional revenue, and to drive decision making. The leader will partner closely with the business analytics and engineering teams to build out next-generation analytics capabilities.

*Your Responsibilities on the Team *
* Manage and oversee an Enterprise Analytics organization focused on Corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Treasury, etc. Recruit and hire staff members to become Lennar Associates to assist in the data journey.
* Partner closely with business partners and the business analytics team and other stakeholders to define, drive development of, deploy, and catalog reporting and advanced analytics offerings - products, services, and capabilities.
* Lead teams of data analysts, engineers, visualization developers and business analysts to implement the data roadmap.
* Oversee the delivery of key analytics projects and product. With direct management of mangers and individual contributors.
* Help develop strategy and process framework for the development of advanced analytics and automation to be used across the organization.
* Develop holistic approach to drive advanced analytics adoption to ensure that insights gleaned from advanced analytics are embedded in key decision-making processes.
* Standardize methodology for measuring impact of advanced analytics.
* Provide business insights that guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
* Move quickly and iteratively to uncover insights; interpret business requests to deliver value add.
* Oversee analytical approaches, techniques, and processes used by team; mentor associates and other leader to become more proactive in their work, using their data skills and business understanding to provide recommendations to the business.
*Requirements*
* Masters Degree preferred or multiple certifications in related focuses.
* 15+ years progressive experience leading analytics teams and delivering significant ROI to businesses.
* 6+ years building descriptive analytics products (predictive & prescriptive desired)
* Thirst to help transform Lennar into an AI-first, insights-driven organization.
* Proven track record of delivering ROI on analytics initiatives and leading end-to-end solutions.
* Experience leading teams, experience managing managers as a technology executive.
* Experience managing a portfolio of analytics products and services, including data science and machine learning products.
* Experience operationalizing data science models and monitoring in production.
* Experience implementing advanced analytics process framework.
* Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of advanced analytics across all levels of an organization.
* Self-starter who is able to analyze, interpret and derive insights, and communicate those to drive change in business.
* Experience presenting to and influencing leadership on business decisions based on insights gleaned from advanced analytics.
* Demonstrated ability to see insights-driven decision making to completion, including measuring and monitoring impact of actions taken based on insights.
* Ability to learn business processes quickly to understand the current role that analytics plays in supporting the business, and to propose new ways that analytics can be leveraged.
* Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies, processes and approaches.
* Experience with semantic data modeling and knowledge graphs.
*Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:*
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires he position to have the ability to operate computer equipment. Finger dexterity is necessary.
*Additional Requirements:*
* Travel up to 20% of the time to Divisions within the Lennar family.
* Interact well with co-workers.
* May be required to cross train for position(s) within the team organizational structure from time to time, as required by the Leadership Team.
