Key Responsibilities
Device Configuration w.r.t. supply order specifications
Network Topology in TIA Portal V15.1 onwards for remote devices line Siemens Interface
Modules, Variable Frequency Drives, HMI, Third Party Devices over Modbus Protocols like
Serial, TCP/IP etc.
Table/Assembly Shop Testing as Proof of Concept
Review of Off-Line PLC & HMI Programming with Junior assigned Engineer
Identification, Troubleshooting, Debugging of PLC/HMI/SCADA Codes on field
Participate in DAP with Customer
Strong Co-Ordination to communicate successive progression of Field Work with Project
Managers
Educate, Train & Develop Junior Colleagues
Provide technical support to customers
Preparation Review of Operations & Maintenance Manuals
Supportive role to Project Management team to Hand Over Site for production to customer
Parameterization of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Servo Amplifiers etc.
Frequent travelling on field is part of Job Profile (80% travelling, 20% In Factory)
