Basic gasoline engine functions
Understanding of engine combustion parameters and optimization.
Engine steady state performance calibration (Air path, Fuel path, ignition, Torque, Exhaust temperature, Lambda sensor)
BSFC optimisation
Understanding of Engine dynometer
Understanding Emission optimisation /Emission analyser
Fuel economy optimisation on vehicle.
Understanding on Emission legislation Indian/global
Vehicle Calibration Start/Transient/Idle calibration/Drivability
Knowledge on Vehicle features like ADAS,CRUISE,ESS
knowledge on Diagnostics, Trouble shooting, OBD I and II
Altitude expedition
Hands on experience with INCA,MDA ,ETAS Tools ,dataset management
Data analysis, Strong Excel/Presentation skill/matlab/Programming
Experience
3-6 years - BE/B Tech (Mechanical / Automobile engineering) OR
• 1-2 years - ME/M Tech (Mechanical / Automobile engineering)
