You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationship with those you support

  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes

  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately

  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy

  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data

  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested

  • Coordinate internal communication for the function (including building / updating decks)

  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

More about this role

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience supporting Senior Directors, EVP & VP level leaders remotely  

  • Proven track record of communication skills and curiosity  

  • Ability to proactively managing needs of their customers  

  • Flexibility  

  • Strong service and client orientation 

  • Creative thinking and strong problem-solving experience 

  • Drive & independence to complete tasks on time 

  • Demonstrates a collaborative approach using network across organization  

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multi agenda topics  

  • Reliable, detail oriented, precise and diligent  

  • Effective organizational skills 

  • Functions well under pressure 

  • On-Site 3 days a week

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
