We're looking for a Senior Account Manager – Global who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and relationships.
In this high-visibility role, you'll own revenue and growth for key telecom accounts across multiple regions. You'll be the face of BNG to operators — driving business expansion, ensuring delivery excellence, and unlocking new opportunities. 7-15 years of experience in account management or a related role.
Responsibilities
- Account Ownership & Growth
· Own end-to-end P&L for assigned global accounts.
· Drive quarter-on-quarter revenue growth across product portfolios (AI, VAS, Digital Engagement).
· Achieve defined KPIs — revenue, collections, product adoption, and time-to-launch.
· Develop and execute account growth plans, expanding existing relationships and identifying white-space opportunities.
- Relationship Management
· Build trusted partnerships with CXO and senior decision-makers across telecom operators.
· Conduct frequent onsite visits in Africa, MENA, and South East Asia for relationship development and strategic reviews.
· Serve as the primary liaison between client and internal teams (product, tech, delivery, finance).
- Business Development & Hunting
· Identify and secure new operator leads and partnerships across target regions.
· Develop proposals, pitch decks, and business cases to open new revenue channels.
· Leverage existing operator relationships to cross-sell and up-sell BNG's full product suite.
- Execution & Delivery Oversight
· Work with technical and product teams to ensure timely service launches (<60 days).
· Monitor service KPIs and client satisfaction scores.
· Own collections and cashflow performance for assigned markets.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy
· Analyze competitive landscape and identify market trends, local regulations, and partner ecosystems.
· Generate data-driven insights to drive commercial and product strategy.
· Act as a regional business advisor, providing feedback from the market to product and leadership teams.
Qualifications
· 7–15 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales in the Telecom / VAS/Digital Platforms domain.
· Proven track record of handling multi-million-dollar accounts (USD 5M+ annually).
· Direct experience working with operators in Africa, MENA, or South East Asia.
· Strong exposure to AI-driven or digital services is a plus.
