This position is for the

We are looking for a
Sr. Manufacturing Recruiter (USC/GC only)
to join our People & Organization department and support recruiting efforts, primarily concerning exempt and niche recruiting. If your passion is networking with people of all avenues with a genuine desire to build partnerships with business leaders, candidates, and industry groups, then we'd love to talk with you
- Your days will include
sourcing candidates
through various
channels
, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events. - To succeed in this role, you should develop long-term
recruiting strategies
and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires. - You will also create robust talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
- Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through
online channels
(e.g.,
social platforms and professional networks
), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions - Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our
Applicant Tracking System (Avature) - Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a
Talent Acquisition Professional
or similar role - Adept with
social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.
) - Hands-on experience with
full-cycle recruiting
using various
interview
techniques and evaluation methods - Minimum 5 years of experience in
recruiting - Knowledge of
Applicant Tracking Systems - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
