Konica Minolta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Lead Generation Leader to join our growing team! In this exciting position, you will build, manage, and scale our talented inbound and outbound representatives across a variety of Konica Minolta business areas to generate a solid lead pipeline by converting inquiries and developing and executing outbound campaign initiatives. You and your team support the sales organization by helping prospects learn about our solutions and qualifying their fit and intent. You are collaborative, data-driven, self-motivated, and highly passionate about developing and implementing creative and effective lead generation programs that deliver results!
Responsibilities
- Manage team to exceed monthly quota for validated appointments.
- Work with product management, sales, and learning and development to ensure continued training of the team on offerings, value propositions, and selling approaches.
- Build, manage, and evaluate sales cadences to identify and scale successful outreach activities.
- Manage team workload and scheduling. Maintain daily reporting on results, pipeline, and forecast.
- Use data to identify opportunities, trends, and insights to improve success rates across lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and sales to share learnings and identify new potential business opportunities for demand creation.
- Work collaboratively with marketing operations, sales, and IT to identify and implement process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence in response times, efficiency, and effectiveness, including evaluation of new platforms and technology.
- Stay updated on the latest best practices, proactively implementing improvements to keep Konica Minolta ahead of the curve.
- Maintain and enforce departmental SOPs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- 5+ years of experience leading high performance quota-driven sales teams
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of developing and managing a high performing team
- Proven track record of metrics and quota obtainment
- Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal
- Ability to dive deep into data, identify insights, and translate this information into business needs
- Knowledge of digital platforms (Salesforce, SAP preferred, NICE InContact preferred)
- Experience developing and managing lead generation programs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Innovative, curious, and proactive in identifying and acting on opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
