About the Role
Our client is seeking a
Senior Technical Recruiter
to support the scaling of its Engineering and Product Management teams. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for positions ranging from Senior to Principal ICs and from Manager to VP level. The successful candidate will partner closely with leadership to anticipate headcount needs, build efficient and scalable recruitment processes, and attract top-tier technical talent. This position requires a strong ability to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while driving initiatives that enhance talent density across the organization.
This is a
6-month, temp-to-hire position
with the potential to extend or transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles such as Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, Full Stack Engineers, and related technical positions — from intake through sourcing, structured interviews, debriefs, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional leaders to forecast headcount and leveling needs, translating them into actionable sourcing strategies and interview plans.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, efficient scheduling, and transparent expectations.
- Proactively source and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, referrals, and technical communities to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
- Use data and market insights to refine processes, inform hiring decisions, and offer strategic guidance to hiring teams.
- Mentor and collaborate with fellow recruiters and sourcers, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- In certain cases, manage relationships with external recruiting partners and ensure alignment with internal standards and talent needs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally combining both in-house and agency search experience across Engineering, Product Management, and Machine Learning roles.
- 5+ years of sourcing technical talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM/sourcing tools, with a proven record of engaging passive candidates.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines for ML Engineers/Researchers, Product Managers, and Full Stack Engineers at both IC and leadership levels.
- Hands-on experience using Ashby or similar recruiting platforms to manage pipelines and generate data-driven insights.
- A trusted advisor to hiring leaders, with the ability to influence through clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of current talent market trends.
- Collaborative, low-ego professional with a track record of enhancing team performance and embracing a growth mindset.
- Committed to process improvement, innovation, and delivering measurable impact in fast-paced environments.
Compensation
$140,000 – $165,000
annually
