Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles (administrative, light industrial, hospitality, events, etc.)
- Manage job postings and recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Support the daily operations of the Palm Desert branch
- Assist with payroll processing and employee scheduling as needed
- Attend community events or job fairs to promote Seek Personnel Staffing
Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or staffing agency experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
