Job Description

1. Maintain 
   supply
    Dashboards – Daily MIS publishing
2. E Way Bills / Challans / Stock segregation / dispatch (In and Out) (D2C / Marketplace / Q Com) etc
3. Stock Management at SFV – Accountability still remains with 
   supply
    team
4. Maintain proper documentation for all dispatches and warehouse transactions.
5. Ensure timely movement of goods as per shared dispatch plans from supply team
6. Generate shipping labels, invoices, and ensure timely pickup.

Requirements

:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/dispatch operations (experience with Q-commerce/marketplaces preferred) – Supply chain guys from Flipkart preferred
3. Strong coordination and communication skills.
4. Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards.
5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience working with 3PL partners and ecommerce logistics.
2. Knowledge of inventory management practices.
